Q: If you were a superhero what would your name be and what super power would you have?
A: Well, the first thing that pops up in my head is “Wonder Caroline.” My super power… To see the future! So I can win the lottery. I wouldn’t want to know anything else just the lottery numbers.

Q: What is your favorite part of teaching?
A: Honestly there’s several. It’s the gratification I get from kids, learning, making a difference. So the interaction with my students, learning about history itself, feeling good about becoming a better teacher every year and learning from my colleagues. That’s the best part. Not the paper work!

Q: What are some goals you have as a teacher?
A: I want to be, I am not yet, but I want to be a master of all the subjects. I want my students to master critical thinking skills, I’d like them to be proficient in note-taking and essay writing. My goals is to help my students as much as possible to make history alive and meaningful for them which will help them for the rest of their life and that’ll always be my goal, forever. To be a better teacher that way.
